High-need SEND and SEMH pupils, and every pupil with an EHCP. One teacher, one pupil, with the plan and the pace set entirely by the learner.

One-to-one teaching, five days a week.

SEND-informed throughout: sensory load, pacing, scaffolding, and regulation breaks.

The default placement for an EHCP, including A-Level level study.

Any pupil with an EHCP is placed in Compass whatever their academic level, including A-Level work, and we report against the plan every week.

Not a smaller group. The plan and the pace are set by the learner, and sensory load, pacing, scaffolding and regulation breaks are matched to them rather than to an average.
