FEES PAYABLE 课程费用

Fees shall be calculated and lessons shall be delivered in accordance with the following subject to any discounts or coupons applied:

PAYMENT 付款

Payment shall be made 7 days in advance of classes starting. Failure to pay in advance could result in not being able to learn from your chosen teacher or not being able to start lessons on your chosen start date.

REFUND 退款

Parents/students are entitled to refund their unspent class credit up to 7 days before their next class. If there is less than 7 days' notice the next class is not refundable, but all other prepaid classes will be refunded to the Parent/student within 14 working days from the request being made.

家长/学生可于下次上课前7天内退还未用完的课时。如果通知时间少于7天，下一节课将不退还学费，但所有预付的课程将在提出要求后的14工作日内退还给家长/学生。

Any classes that have been redeemed by way of a gift from the company or as part of a referral scheme are non-refundable.

DELIVERY OF LESSONS 上课规则

CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY STUDENT 学生取消课程

The student may apply for approval to cancel a lesson by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to ENLAI. in which case no tuition fees will be incurred. This will be restricted to

a) 1 lesson in total if you purchased a block of 15 lessons This allocated number will automatically reset when you purchase an additional 15 lessons. 1次请假机会总共如果您购买了15个课程，则当您购买额外的15课程时，此请假次数将会对应增加。

Or

b) 3 lessons in total if you purchased a block of 30 lessons. This allocated number will automatically reset when you purchase an additional 30 lessons. 3次请假机会总共如果您购买了30个课程，则当您购买额外的30课程时，此请假次数将会对应增加。

Lessons not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to ENLAI shall be charged at the full rate. 未提前24小时通知ENLAI而未参加的课程将按全额收费。

CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY TEACHER 老师取消课程

The teacher may cancel lessons by giving 24 hours prior notice to ENLAI and the student in which case ENLAI shall either 教师可以取消课程，但必须提前24小时通知ENLAI和学生，在这种情况下，ENLAI可以选择

1. Reschedule the lesson at a time agreeable to both parties 在双方同意的时间重新安排课程

LATE ARRIVAL 迟到

Fees are calculated according to the number of lessons taught in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the student. 学费按课程表上的课程数量计算，因学生迟到而耽误的时间不予调整。

Any lost time because of the late arrival of the teacher by more than 10 minutes shall be compensated for with one extra free lesson. 因教师迟到10分钟以上而造成的时间损失，可额外免费补课一节。

OBLIGATIONS OF THE TEACHER 老师的义务

* The teacher undertakes to do all preparation prior to lessons and to structure lessons in such a way as to optimize time to the benefit of the student. 教师承诺做好课前的所有准备工作，并以对学生有利的最佳时间来安排课程。

* The teacher shall keep confidential all information about the student and shall contact other

parties involved in the student's education only if given written permission by the

student to do so. 教师应对学生的所有信息保密，只有在获得学生书面许可的情况下，教师才应联系与学生教育有关的其他各方。

* The teacher shall not assign any of his/her duties or obligations under this contract to a third party without the written permission of the student. 未经学生书面许可，教师不得将其在本合同项下的任何职责或义务转让给第三方。

* The teacher shall at no time be required or obliged to execute homework or assignments on

behalf of the student. 教师在任何时候都不应被要求或有义务代表学生执行家庭作业或作业。

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARENT AND THE STUDENT 家长和学生的义务

* The parent undertakes to assist ENLAI in enforcing the importance of engaging with learning and practising. 家长理解协助ENLAI 加强参与学习和实践的重要性。

* The student agrees that assignments, exercises or homework form an integral part of learning and undertakes to complete such work timeously. 学生同意作业、练习或家庭作业是学习的重要组成部分，并承诺按时完成。

STATUS OF THE TEACHER 老师的状态

Your teacher will: 您的老师应该获得

1) Be TEFL Certified TEFL证书

2) Have a bachelor's Degree and above 本科学历及以上

3) Have English be their mother tongue/first language. 来自母语国家

4) Will have received extensive teacher training. 受到严格的教师培训

TERMINATION 合同终止

This contract may be terminated by either party at any time by giving the other party 7 days prior written notice. 任何一方可以随时终止本合同，但应提前7天书面通知另一方。

RELAXATION OF TERMS 合同条款的协商性

No relaxation, indulgence, waiver or release by any party of any of the rights in terms of this agreement on one occasion shall prevent the subsequent enforcement of such rights and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of any of the terms. 任何一方对本协议项下任何权利的一次放松、宽免、放弃或豁免，均不得妨碍该等权利的后续执行，也不得被视为对任何后续违约行为的放弃。

WHOLE AGREEMENT 全部条款确认

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the

subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. 本协议构成双方关于本协议标的的全部理解，双方放弃依赖本协议中未包含的任何据称的明示或默示条款的权利。对本协议的任何修改必须以书面形式进行，并由双方签字。

This document is to confirm that the above minor (any person under the age of 18) is authorized to receive tuition from an approved teacher. 此文件是为了确认上述未成年人(任何年龄在18岁以下的人)有权接受认可教师的授课。

I understand that in order to maximize my child’s learning experience, I (or another parent or legal guardian) must be nearby during any training sessions. I further understand that my child’s trainer has been directed to cancel any session in the event that I (or another parent or legal guardian) cannot attend and that this may disrupt my child’s learning experience.
